I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using Wowcher and the merchant Diors Beauty. I purchased a teeth whitening deal through Wowcher and booked an appointment at the salon. When I arrived, I was told I couldn’t have the treatment because I have a dental crown. This was never mentioned anywhere on the Wowcher deal, so I paid for something I wasn’t even eligible for. I then booked an alternative treatment, but unfortunately couldn’t attend and informed the salon in advance. I never received any response about rescheduling, which was very frustrating. Since then, I’ve tried contacting both Wowcher and the salon multiple times, and I’ve had no proper response from either. Being ignored after paying for a service is completely unacceptable. This has been a really poor experience from start to finish — lack of clear information, poor communication, and no customer support. I am still waiting for a full refund. I would not recommend based on this experience.

Me and my husband went for teeth whitening but it didn’t work at all. Both our teeth are the same shade as before. We are very disappointed and won’t recommend it. We got vouchers through Wowcher so it cost us £50 each but definitely not worth the money

Yesterday I had a collagen microneedling treatment at Dior’s Beauty Company and it was absolutely fantastic. The place was very easy to find, and the clinic is beautiful, offering many types of treatments and high-quality equipment. The staff gave me all the support I needed, explaining every step of the procedure, and I admit I was a bit anxious because I had heard it could be painful. Imagine my surprise when she started applying the products and began the procedure, I barely felt anything. I immediately noticed a lifting effect on my skin. It was wonderful, and at the end I even received pamphlets with all the aftercare instructions. I definitely recommend Dior’s if you’re looking for high-quality service at an affordable price

I am always so happy to come here they offer an amazing service and are so good at what they do . Every time I’ve gotten my facial done I always leave so relaxed and my skin is glowing . Not to mention they are always so kind and make me feel at home.

1 star - not replying to a customer who wants an appointment on whatsapp in more than 24 hours say a lot - customers bring your income. Looked forward to book an appoinment but a bussimes who doesn t prioritise the customer is not reliable. Do not recommend
