Today, while I was having my hair done at my regular salon, I witnessed something that made me feel very sad. A customer became very angry with one of the owners and spoke to her in a way that I felt was extremely rude and disrespectful. She repeatedly criticised her work, complained about the price, refused to let her finish, and then said she would leave and post about the salon on social media. It was upsetting to watch, especially because the owner remained calm and professional throughout. I have been coming to this salon for over 20 years, and my experience has always been completely different. The ladies here are some of the kindest, most hardworking people I know. They are talented, caring, and always make my hair look beautiful using excellent products. They genuinely care about their clients and always provide a warm, welcoming service. I just wanted to share my own experience because one unhappy customer’s opinion does not reflect the care, professionalism, and dedication I have seen consistently for more than two decades. Thank you for always looking after me so well. You truly deserve all the support and success.❤️

STAFF ARE RUDE!!!!!!!!!! I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The staff were rude and unprofessional from the start. The service itself was poor, they didn't apply the colour properly from the roots, leaving my hair looking patchy and unfinished. To make matters worse, they refused to even comb my hair properly after the service, which I found incredibly disrespectful. I also felt pressured into buying a toner that I didn't want or need, which made the whole experience feel more like a sales pitch than customer care. The final result was awful. My hair looked disgusting, and I left feeling upset and embarrassed. It was a complete waste of money. I will never be returning, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone. The level of professionalism, cleanliness, and customer service was far below what anyone should expect. She also pressured my daughter in law to braid in her salon, as she wanted to sell a chair, she is young and at school and kept persisting that she should come to work for her. I will never return to this salon.

I had a very disappointing experience. I booked an appointment for a wash, cut, and finish for my 7-year-old daughter. When we arrived, the reception area was crowded with owner’s family and as we entered, a woman from them abruptly asked, “Yes, what do you want?” in a rude manner. I explained that I had an appointment, but they had no record of it. I even showed my call log and explained the conversation I had while booking. Unfortunately, the same staff member continued to display a dismissive and disrespectful attitude. Since my daughter was really looking forward to her haircut, I decided to go ahead anyway — something I later regretted. The hairdresser, Mushkaan, seemed unwilling and gave my daughter a very poor haircut. It was meant to be a simple fringe trim and tidy-up, but the result was far from acceptable. I ended up going straight to a salon next door to have it corrected. Overall, it was a frustrating and upsetting experience, especially for my daughter and me.

I was walking by today and went in asking for a cut and blow dry. They took me in right away and we agreed for a short bob with a fringe. Tamar was lovely, so sorry if I got your name wrong. What the ladies were not aware of is that I had major surgery in December and lost a huge part of myself. In addition, I was recently diagnosed with a rare blood cancer so not feeling my best. Thank you for the time, attention to detail, not rushing and making me feel good again.

I can’t recommend this salon enough! The staff and the owner are incredibly warm, friendly, and professional - every visit feels like a treat. My hair looks amazing every single time I leave. During my last appointment, they noticed I was carrying flowers and asked about them. When I mentioned it was my birthday, they surprised me with the sweetest gesture: a little birthday celebration, complete with a song, a cupcake with a candle, and even more flowers. I was genuinely touched to tears. It was such a beautiful and unexpected act of kindness. Their beauty treatments are just as exceptional - I’ve had a few done here, and my skin is absolutely GLOWING. These divine ladies truly know their craft. Thank you for making my birthday so special.
