Horrible first experience with this person. First and of course LAST visit. 20mins late to start the appointment. Filed my nails for 1.5 hours (ruining them). Painted my nails in a sloppy and untidy way and disagreed when I spoke out about the shape of my nails and to rectify the paint job. When requesting my refund and explaining the damage to my nails she told me: 'Treatwell, have set up your refund. This refund is based on goodwill not an omission of malpractice. Do not contact or post about DNA. Yours sincerely. Absolutely pathetic. I have every right to post about my actual experience and will also post the photos too. Had to go to an actual nail technician to remove the horrible job she did and redo it properly. Warning for everyone reading this: Spend the extra money and go to a professional, going here is a complete waste of money.
