The Dr is amazing and always puts me at ease. Dr. JD clearly has many years of experience so I feel very comfortable every time a have a session. I have had several procedures and have always had great results. Also, it’s so rare to not get upsold these days, yet on many occasions the Dr has advised against certain procedures I have requested as she explained they would not be suitable for me. Most other places would happily take on the work just to rack up the bill. She is truly an ethical Dr! All-in-all I have used Dr. JD & co for over a year now and my experiences have been nothing but positive.

Quick, Friendly, & Results-Driven - Popped in for Botox and a top-up PRP session. Staff were friendly, everything ran on time, and the results speak for themselves. Love that they’re right by Liverpool Street – makes it easy to book during a lunch break. Always a 5-star experience.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but the doctor thinks I’m stupid. One of the most unprofessional clinics I’ve dealt with. It’s not even a clinic, it’s just a small room in a centre. They called me 30 min before to tell me the doctor will be late 15-30 min cause a patient was running late. I was like ok, no problem, I will wait outside. I got there and there was another girl waiting. Turns out the doctor was late, not the patient. The doctor gets there 30 min late and takes the other girl in saying it will be just a few minutes and that she has her flight later. I’m like ok. 30 min later I was still waiting outside. I called to ask for a refund and they told me sorry, it was a medical emergency. There was no medical emergency, the other patient looked fine and probably wanted to have a facial before her flight. Which is fine, but at least tell me to reschedule. I went for nothing and waited an hour for nothing. Lost 2 hours in total including the commute. And then they kept insisting to offer me a 30% discount if I rebook. The least thing they could do in this situation was to offer me the treatment for free. Do you think I want to spend my money on people that treat me and my time so disrespectfully?

Highly recommend Doctor JD's Clinic to anyone considering under eye filler or any other cosmetic procedure. I was impressed by the warm and welcoming and zen atmosphere of the clinic. It's very private. During my consultation, she took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain the under eye filler procedure and throughout the process, I felt at ease knowing I was in capable hands! highly recommend her!
