I visited Dr Alexa yesterday for a teeth whitening session, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional, making me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain every step of the procedure in detail, answered all of my questions, made sure my gums were protected and reassured me throughout the entire treatment. It was clear that she’s extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients having the best possible experience. The whole appointment took around an hour, was painless, and the results were amazing. As someone who drinks a lot of coffee, I was really impressed by how effective the treatment was. I started laser hair removal and red light therapy at Dr Alexa’s clinic almost a year ago, and the results have honestly gone beyond my expectations! I had a very disappointing experience at Beauty Digger salon. The facility was dirty and did not appear to be properly maintained. The doctor was unprofessional and did not make me feel comfortable or confident in the treatment being provided. After my appointment, I was left with bruises all over my body, which was very concerning and unacceptable. Overall, the service fell far below my expectations, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for safe and professional laser treatments.
