I had such a lovely experience having my microneedling treatment done. The whole process was explained clearly, and I felt completely comfortable and at ease throughout. the ladies upstairs were lovely welcoming friendly and professional which makes the consultation itself even more disappointing I travelled to the appointment expecting a proper consultation and an honest discussion about my options instead i felt like a decision had been made about me within seconds. I wasn’t even there five minutes before being told that my lips should be dissolved again despite the fact i had only recently gone through dissolving and was actually happy with the result i had achieved i explained that i liked my previous doctor i liked my upper lip and was only looking for advice regarding a small adjustment but i never felt those views were really listened to what bothered me most was not that treatment was declined but how quickly i felt dismissed i didn’t feel properly assessed i didn’t feel there was any genuine attempt to understand why i had attended and i left feeling uncomfortable enough to walk away I have had aesthetic treatments since 2012 and have never left a consultation feeling like i wasn’t given a fair opportunity to explain what i was looking for to add to my frustration the appointment was later cancelled through treatwell meaning i could not leave feedback on the platform where i originally booked and have therefore had to leave my review here instead overall i left feeling disappointed unheard and very uncomfortable with the entire experience

I have had two procedures done with Elodie thus far and have three more coming up so can very much attest that her advice and technique are on point. So far I have had tear trough filler and a session of polynucleotides. I have seen such a massive difference, especially under my eyes.
