I visited this salon with a pulled shoulder muscle and had been in severe pain for three days. The staff were extremely professional, caring, and attentive. The targeted massage along with the hot stone healing massage provided incredible relief, and my pain disappeared after the session. Their skill and effort truly deserve 5 stars and a good tip. Will definitely come again. Highly recommended!

I had a party to attend and couldn’t get an appointment anywhere, but Kiran Khan Elegance booked me in early in the morning and truly saved my day! Their team was extremely cooperative and accommodating when no one else was even ready to come to my home. The makeup was absolutely amazing and exactly what I wanted. I was so happy with their service and professionalism. Highly recommended to anyone looking for quality makeup and excellent customer service!

I Went on 23/4/2026 to Elegance and Beauty in Didsbury hoping to come out refreshed and relaxed as it was a birthday treat. I Received my hydra facial and full body massage from Kiran the Owner/Manager. The facial I received did not seem like a proper hydra facial/process. A high frequency appliance was used however it was sparking and giving shocks to my face. I shared my concerns with Kiran. She then used a different type of appliance which didn’t feel switched on just moving it around my face. No hydrating serums were used. Felt like a basic facial with very basic products used. During my full body massage she frequently left the room, leaving the door open with no privacy or dignity given. I felt rushed as another customer had come. Despite initially stating she had plenty of time for my treatments. On raising my concerns she became cross, stating she had years of experience and not to come back! The manner and treatments were not professional and at no point was I asked about my skin, explanation of the treatments/procedure or process. For the massage again not asked about any specific areas, needs/issues. There was nothing elegant about my experience here. I would not return here. UPDATE : in response to the owner’s comment. The offer price was £70 and I paid £72, £2 was refunded, to me.

Had a 1 hour facial with Kiran and it was AMAZING. The creams were great and she also used hot stones which were very relaxing. Also used a device to remove blackheads. My skin felt incredible after and as it was my birthday she gave me complementary eyebrow shaping. Could not recommend enough. I will 100% be returning here in the near future. Excellent.
