Bizarre experience today. All I can say is read the MANY bad reviews and believe them. Like many others I booked on treatwell, drove from 40mins away and arrived to a closed salon. (I arrived very early 1hr so this wasn't necessarily a problem) I called to check she would be there for the appointment time and just said that I'm early so Ill just go get a coffee. She said to call when I get here to which I said we'll Im already here so please just be on time. So I sat in the Costa nearby and when it was time for my appointment I went outside the shop. Started reading all the reviews while I was waiting and getting pretty spooked about this to be honest. After 5 minutes after she said she was going to be hereI text her and I went to sit in my car for another 15mins then decide to leave. FORTY FIVE MINUTES LATER this lady starts calling me asking me where I am?? I was so confused like how could she get it so wrong when I called and checked if she would be there. When I stopped driving about 30mins later she starts sending me multiple long rambling voice messages disputing what time my appointment was and getting quite aggressive, followed by telling me she hopes I book again?? And we can sort it out. I asked her to stop harrassing twice and after a total of 5 messages blocked her number. I don't normally write bad reviews and everything up to the voicenotes/ texts I would have just ignored but there is no excuse to harass people when she was the one in the wrong. I missed half of boxing day with my family for her disorganisation. Really strange woman no idea why she chose a profession in customer service, should have read the reviews before I booked. Lesson learnt.

I’ve been seeing Zubaida for years now, and the array of treatments she offers makes it the perfect one stop shop for all our busy lifestyles… perfect waxing, tinting and Botox and now I’m half way through a treatment of laser hair removal, and the results are fantastic. Highly recommend

Booked my partner a massage and the lady was very rude when she turned up plus she asked her to wait 45min for her massage as her previous client was late. Absolutely shocking and disgraceful customer service and treatment.

My appointment was for 2:30pm. Unfortunately my transport was late so I explained that I would be 5 minutes late. The lady over the phone advised that she too would be late and to come at 3pm instead. This is fine however once I arrived at 3, the gentleman at reception said I was late. I explained what the lady said over the phone said. I then had to wait another 10+ minutes for the appointment to begin which made me miss a different appointment I had for 4pm. The lady who did the wax was very nice and we did have good conversation and so I have to give two stars. Unfortunately with my waxing session she had missed a few hairs, this is fine. However as the day went on, after my appointment, my skin became red and inflamed. The next day there my face was covered in red rashes from where the waxing took place. I have had several waxes done to my face with other places and this has never happened before. I am very upset about the delay as well as how my skin turned out. My rashes are very painful and itchy. What type of wax was used to do such a thing? Due to this and the long wait time it took to get my appointment going, I dont recommend nor would I go back here. Two stars.
