A loyal client’s experience that ended my trust in this business. I have been a client of Elixirs de Beaute for over a year, so writing this review is genuinely disappointing for me. But after today’s experience, I feel other clients deserve to know. Over a week ago I booked a body treatment appointment by phone with the owner, choosing the day and time of the treatment with her. I arrived 10 minutes ahead of time today, only to be left waiting by staff for more than 30 minutes , whilst the owner Natalia was with another client. As the time passed, it eventually became clear that something had gone wrong with my booking. When the owner Natalia finally appeared, rather than addressing the situation directly, she simply pointed to another client’s appointment in her records and indicated that slot was taken and she could do nothing more, without clearly acknowledging that the error was on her side. What made this experience truly unacceptable, however, was what came next. In front of other clients and her own employees, Natalia began publicly questioning whether I had ever made a booking at all , implying I was not being truthful about a phone call I had placed more than a week prior. I want to be clear: I would have accepted a rescheduled appointment, a goodwill gesture, any reasonable solution. What I could not accept was being publicly accused of making up the appointment, to deflect from an administrative failure that was not mine to own. This is about more than one missed appointment. When you entrust your body to a beauty professional, that relationship requires respect and accountability. An owner who responds to her own scheduling error by casting doubt on a long-standing client’s honesty, in public, is not someone you can trust with either. I will not be returning, and I would encourage anyone considering Elixir de Beaute to think carefully before booking.

I had a really lovely facial by natalia. Ive never had one before and didnt know what to expect. She made me feel very comfortable and explained the process well. My skin was left glowing and now ive booked one every month going forward. One thing that really impressed me was how clean and cosy it was compared to other salons ive been to. I was fortunate enough to have an Natalie as my beautician. My appointment was on time and I thrilled that Natalie has the ability to understand how to best to my eyebrows to suit my face and my sensitivity of my skin, finding high quality products that leaves my skin feeling deliciously delightful. The rest of body treatment was done in a profession manner, making sure only areas that are worked on are exposed, as I'm a shy person. My Perfect Beauty Parlar.

I've been coming to Natalia for many many years! I've been to many salons and Natalia is the best!!! I have difficult nails so she takes her time and makes sure everything looks good before I leave. She takes great care of my hands and feet. She's very experienced and equally as important Loves wat she does. I get so many compliments on her nail work! And Nail Art!!! Her salon is clean and comfortable. I would've gave her More than 5 stars!!!!!!

Natalia is very welcoming the salon is beautifully dressed, clean and great products. I got a medical pedicure with Josefa she was very thorough and took her time, the seats were the best iv experienced and they even brought me fruit and herbal tea. Natalia is very knowledgeable and accommodating to my last minute late booking. Josefa told me she has been working for Natalia 8 years and Natalia has had salons for 13 years so your in very capable hands if you have any doubts. Definitely a jem for the area.

I adore having my manicure & Pedicure done as Natalie gives me superb artistic and different ideas. In the passI have declined doing my Eyebrows as they haven't been altered in a terrible way but now I look forward to having my Eyebrows done, as they are done to suit MY face which is extremely important. All staff are delightful and your always genuinely looked after, tea, coffee etc is a nice touch?. I always look forward to my visits as it makes me feel so good. Thank you all
