Had a wonderful experience at Elm’s Leaf Hair & Beauty! Dafina did my perm and I’m really happy with the result — the curls look natural and exactly how I wanted. She was very professional and took great care of my hair. Nilam did my nails beautifully with amazing attention to detail, and Rutva did my pedicure which was super relaxing. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely come back!

This was my first time getting waxed and I had such a positive experience. Rutva was my therapist and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease from the moment I arrived. She was supportive, professional, and worked so quickly, which really helped calm my nerves. I’m so happy with the results and would definitely recommend her to anyone, especially if it’s your first time and you want to feel confident and comfortable throughout the treatment.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this time I have to. The hairdresser at this place was simply terrible. I came in for highlight specifically asking for highlights and a few lowlights, but ended up with brown hair and ginger roots. From 2:00 PM until 6:30 PM, she tried to fix it without any success. She even asked me which numbers to mix for the colors and showed me a mirror while my head was in the sink so I could tell her if the color looked right. I explained that I’m not a chemist and reminded her that she is the professional. I cried three times, and she remained indifferent and unresponsive. I left with wet hair and damaged results. The manager asked to speak with me on the phone and suggested I come back another day to see a different stylist. Needless to say, I will never set foot in this place again. I strongly recommend staying away from this salon. A horrible experience.

I recommend this nail place to everyone. They work very meticulously and pay great attention to detail. The staff is extremely friendly, and even though it was my first time here, I’m very satisfied with the service. Rutva did my nails and they turned out extremely clean and beautiful.
