Really happy with my experience at the clinic. The staff were lovely and very approachable! I got my teeth whitened and she explained every step clearly and in depth leading me to feel comfortable and well looked after throughout. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend the clinic!!

Empire Medical have amazing staff that are so friendly and make you feel comfortable from the beginning. I have got two treatments so far and I am happy with the results already and can’t wait for more… The staff are honest and gave me realistic advice and treatments related to me. I recently visited Empire Medical Clinic for my helix and tragus piercings, and I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. As this was my first time getting these piercings , I was feeling quite nervous and unsure of what to expect. However, Lily immediately put me at ease with her warm, friendly, and professional approach. She took the time to explain the entire procedure in detail, making sure I understood every step and felt comfortable before proceeding. Her knowledge and patience were truly reassuring. Lily also helped me choose the perfect jewellery and placement, offering honest advice and guidance to ensure I was happy with my decision. I never felt rushed and really appreciated the care and attention she gave throughout the appointment. Cody was also fantastic, professional, supportive, and helped make the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The clinic itself was spotless, modern, and welcoming. The high standards of cleanliness and hygiene were obvious, which made me feel even more confident and comfortable during my visit. After the piercings were completed, Lily thoroughly explained the aftercare process and provided clear instructions to help ensure proper healing. I am absolutely delighted with the results and couldn’t have asked for a better first piercing experience. The level of professionalism, customer care, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Lily and Cody, for making what could have been a nerve-wracking experience such a positive and memorable one. if I could give this clinic more than 5 stars I absolutely would! From the moment I arrived, through my treatment till the very end it was an absolutely a fantastic experience. The staff was so friendly. The clinic was up to such a high standards, so clean very nice and modern. Very impressed and so happy with my service! Thanks to the whole team at Empire Medical And I can't wait to see them for more treatment in a few weeks. Definitely recommended!

I had an amazing experience at Empire Medical Training Clinic. I went in for B12 and Vitamin D injections, and Lily took care of me. Lily is honestly the best injector I’ve ever been to. I’ve had B12 injections before elsewhere, but the way she does it is completely different. Her technique is so gentle that I didn’t feel a thing, which is incredible because I’m quite sensitive and usually feel everything. The B12 injections she does keep me feeling great for around 6-8 weeks, which I’ve never experienced before. She’s professional, reassuring, and really knows what she’s doing. I’ll definitely be coming back again and highly recommend this place. If you go, ask for Lily — she’s amazing! ✨
