While the shop looks professional from the outside, the experience inside was very disappointing. The massage bed had a very strong, unpleasant odor that made it nearly impossible to stay in the room. Furthermore, the staff member providing the service lacked basic personal hygiene, which is unacceptable in an aesthetic clinic setting. The owners need to address these sanitary issues immediately, as they are a major deterrent for customers. I cannot recommend this place until significant improvements are made to the cleanliness and professional standards.

Unprofessional and lazy treatment with very poor customer service ..AVOID AVOID AVOID!! 1. The place and room was too cold for a massage! 2. The technique was more rubbing with oil not really a kneading Swedish massage, could have done that myself at home. 3. The room was too small and the bed I was lying on was being pushed and jolted a lot, not relaxing! 4. There was a bad odour so could not use breathing techniques to relax. 5. The therapist started to brush her own hair during my treatment! Omg!😨 I will not visit again (and was looking for something local for regular visits). No polite resolution or refund! I am all for supporting businesses but not if they give a bad service!

The ladies at the salon are so amazing- I recently had a event to attened and needed my nails done last minute. The ladies at the salon made me feel comfortable and they were so helpful and efficient in getting me booked in. The nails lasted 2 weeks + my go to for nails! X

I booked an hour deep tissue massage and was not disappointed. The staff were welcoming on arrival and I waited for 2 minutes, if that, before being called through. Before starting, I was asked if the room temperature was ok and if I was comfortable. Saima asked how much pressure I wanted applying throughout the massage as she worked her way around different parts my body. We also chatted about other types of massage services they offer. I left feeling completely relaxed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Enhance. I will definitely be going back 😊

I have been going here for my last 3 massage's. All full body. I find the staff polite and caring. The business is clean and inviting and the treatment is extremely good, staff always check the amount of pressure is correct and I love the oil that is used. They always make sure the room is warm enough and the music is relaxing.
