Really good service. Have been here for some laser treatment and brought my elderly mother for a hydrafacial. Saima made my mother feel comfortable and relaxed as my mother hates lying down on the beauty beds. She did such a good facial that my mother's tired, lack of attended skin was glowing and clean. Would definitely recommend their services 👌

Don't go here. They improperly do the mole removal so you have to keep coming back. Her goal is to make you come back so she does a poor job at first. She charges DOUBLE what other people charge. The Eastern European lady tried to manipulate me to come back a third time because she improperly removed the moles. She uses high pressure tactics to get you in including a Groupon advert and when you get there the price jumps. The lady I have now charged me 60 pounds for 10 mole removals-much cheaper. She also allows the second session for free and her work is fantastic. Esthetica charges 120-150 per session. The lady that removes moles is cunning, manipulative and lies. She said says things like if you "don't do it now the price will go up...if it doesn't work keep coming back " I also witnessed that she takes cash and gave no reciept. Don't go here. It's a scam!

The last time I had a session, I was burned. I don’t feel comfortable going back. They wouldn’t refund me for the rest of the sessions after they said I can’t have the treatments done after I said I was prescribed certain medication. The doctor insisted the medication would not interfere with the laser treatment but I was told by one of the women that it would.

I highly recommend this place! I received laser hair removal treatment, which was very effective (unlike in other popular hair removal clinic in London), and done in a lovely atmosphere. My therapist was Sam - she creates very welcoming and professional environment.

Review: Having visited the clinic for my laser hair removal treatment i can honestly say the staff are kind and professional. The lady named saima was very helpful, she explained everything she was going to do and what to expect, She continuously made sure I was ok throughout the process. I would highly recommend.
