I came on bank holiday money. The lady took her time on my nails she was very gentle and made them look gorgeous. I was really impressed with her. The place itself was cool which was heaven during the heatwave. I was really impressed with my service. Thank you.

I had a very disappointing experience here. The massage felt extremely unprofessional from start to finish. The therapist was clearly distracted, she was using her phone with one hand while attempting to massage with the other, and even answered a call during the treatment. This is time I paid for, and it felt completely disrespectful. The massage itself was poor. I booked a full body massage, but only my legs and back were briefly covered. My arms, shoulders, and other areas were completely ignored. It felt rushed, like she just wanted to finish quickly and leave. On top of that, the cleanliness of the place is concerning. The room did not feel hygienic, and while changing, I noticed open injections and needles left out on a table, which made me extremely uncomfortable. Overall, this was a very negative experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
