I’ve been coming to this salon for a while now and I can’t recommend it enough! Every single time I come here I leave feeling so happy and confident with my nails. Fiona is always so friendly, welcoming, and professional, which makes the whole experience even better. This current set is honestly one of my favourite nail designs I’ve had in such a long time, I’m so obsessed with it! Her attention to detail is amazing. It’s such a lovely atmosphere every time I visit, and you can tell they really care about their clients and the quality of their work. 🤍

I’m not happy with my nails, the nail tech did what she wanted to do and most of the time i had to tell her how to do each nail. Every time i tried to tell her something whether I didn’t like the way she did my nail or to do it a different way she seemed very annoyed. I didn’t want red nails and i have left with red nails. £50 for an infill is a lot of money especially when my nails are not how i wanted them. I got them done yesterday and since i have been in day light and had time to look at them the job was done poorly. The gel is peeling off my nails already which never happens on acrylic and the gel has cracked on a few nails. The nails don’t look clean they look messy and since phoning up and asking what they can do about this they told me nothing except fix the gel that has come off which is the least they can do. The pictures i have added are what i got and what i asked for. - responding to your reply this is not what happened and you are victimising yourself. Police are also aware and have listened to the voice recording I took of YOU during my time. You have been reported to trading standards and you are a liar. No one threatened you. The newest picture i’ve added wasn’t nails after ONE DAY. I was not easily offered any sort of compensation and she was not willing to even clean my nails up let alone fix them.
