Poor service, done without accuracy and perfection. Manager adamant about her perfection on micro blading, what pictures they display on website on their work done is a complete lie have attached picture of their micro blading service. The reality of their service is they list their micro blading service on Groupon when a customer purchases their service they intentionally spoil the shape of customer eyebrows and provide substandard service, and then state they will improve on the next touch up session which is £200. This is exactly what the manger told me when I told her she didn't follow the eyebrow mapping and created my left eyebrow too dark no micro blading hair strokes can be seen attached is a picture. Like other customer reviews they spoil eyebrow /eyelashes treatments so the customer returns and lands up spending more money. This clearly displays how another women aesthetic appearance pokes them in their eye. Her own eyebrows she has done well. Have been twice at the clinic to discuss the colour in consultation, the lady Didn't discus anything is consultation appointment not even the colour and finally done job without proper mirror accuracy creating to dark shade. If a customer is paying for service you need to be considerate for the money spent on your service. Don't spent£200 for micro blading with them their service is not worth £20. Staff is completely mannerless, they concentrate more on laughing among themselves commenting in their native language their service is more to laugh at.

I’m so glad I found this wonderful salon. The entire team is incredibly professional and friendly, and the hairdressers are true experts. I had a half set eye lashes extension... The best result in my life. So natural, I am so glad I did it. The girls are adorable and professional. Venue very clean. I recommend and will do it again. 2 weeks later, and a lot of swimming in the see, make up etc... I still have lashes. Day 1 with the mask, 2 weeks later with the kaki dress
