I trusted this clinic, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. After my Botox treatment, I developed a droopy eyelid and a heavy feeling around my eye, which later led to persistent eye fatigue and headaches that affected my daily life. The practitioner later told me that the dose used for me had been too high. When I raised my concerns, I requested a partial refund because of the poor outcome and the problems I was experiencing. I was told, “A refund won’t fix your eye problem!!!
