I had a hydra facial appointment today at 11:00. When I arrived, the place was locked and I had to wait 15 minutes before anyone arrived to open. After entering, I was asked to wait another 10 minutes while they set up. The treatment didn’t start until around 11:20 and finished by about 11:40–11:45. I was told the facial would take 40 minutes, but it felt very rushed and much shorter than expected. Unfortunately, the service did not match a proper hydra facial. I’ve had this treatment at another clinic before, and this experience felt misleading in comparison. It did not seem like a genuine hydra facial at all. I paid £35 as agreed, but overall it was not worth the money. Please be aware before booking.

Came in as my first visit for an impromptu blow dry. Nadira was an absolute angel, she was so welcoming, made sure I felt comfortable to the point where I felt like I was getting a head massage while getting my hair washed! Lovely service, came out with my hair looking like an absolute star! xx
