I had my eyelash treatment today and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Hanna was absolutely amazing very respectful, patient, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. She really listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy with the final result. She genuinely cared about giving me the look I asked for, and she exceeded my expectations. The salon itself was spotless, fresh, and beautifully presented with modern furniture, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. 10/10 experience! I will definitely be coming back for my refill and would highly recommend Hanna to anyone looking for beautiful lashes. Thank you so much!

I had a waxing appointment at Hannah’s, and I couldn't be happier! Ash was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel completely comfortable and the entire process was almost painless. The salon is lovely and clean.

My goodness, in over 20 years of having my hair coloured i have never had my hair transformed anywhere near as good as this! This lady is incredible. My hair is brand new! I honestly cannot recommend this amazing business enough. If you want your hair completely transformed this is the place! BEAUTIFUL salon, Hannah is the loveliest most knowledgeable lady, i can not wait for my next visit, if i could give more than 5 stars I would ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had a Japanese head spa at Hannah’s today and this salon is lovely. Friendly staff, brand new facilities. The head spa was so relaxing and the facial was equally good. Only gave 4 stars as the atmosphere was a bit quiet and I felt communication could have been better regarding how to prepare / what to expect for the treatment and no one asked about allergies etc - this wasn’t relevant for me so really didn’t matter. And we paid half price on groupon so a complete bargain.

Had Wowcher voucher salon was supposed to be open at 10:30 wasn’t open for appointment time so called and she was running late. When they opened before I sat down she said I would need to pay extra. On the Wowcher small print is said between 10-60 extra depending on hair length and thickness. The voucher was £40 knowing my hair is thin and not that long I was surprised to be told this before sitting. I said that it was depending on hair she the sat me down flicked my hair walked off and asked for £60. I said that was unreasonable. Another staff member came over. I said I was uncomfortable with them both around me and was going to leave. This is a new buisness in a local resident I’m shocked at how they have been. I did get an apology text. I concrete wow her who said to email them and they should refund. They had 48h to do that and they havnt, I would advise people to avoid this salon. There are lots of salons in Hornchurch that open on time and provide great customer service. If they wanted everyone to pay £100 for this treatment the voucher should have been £100. Very disappointing and intimidating.Im sure PayPal will refund. But they face they havnt sorted this at speed speaks volumes again about them.
