I had my breast augmentation in early 2019 and overall it was a disappointing experience that I am still upset by. My surgeon, Dr Anna De Leo, was extremely unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable from the start. I had doubts about going ahead because of her and wish I had trusted my instincts. The nurses were lovely, but the aftercare was poor very one size fits all with minimal medication and little consideration for recovery. I paid £5,000 and was left feeling belittled and unhappy with my final results. This experience has definitely been a learning curve for me, and in future I would consider going abroad for better value, service, and hopefully better outcomes.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. I paid £250 for a consultation and the experience from start to finish was deeply unprofessional. On the day of my consultation, the surgeon arrived 40 minutes late with no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. I had specifically requested to see anatomical implants at my initial consultation in Manchester and was assured they would be available for me to view in London before surgery, but they were not provided. Given the high cost of the surgery, the lack of basic organisation and professionalism from the staff was extremely disappointing. During the appointment, the surgeon appeared unsure about which forms needed completing, as though this process was unfamiliar. When I raised my concerns, the staff member in the room responded abruptly and explained that the forms were new, which did not inspire confidence. I was told that someone would contact me within 48 hours with available surgery dates, as I needed the procedure urgently due to capsular contracture. No one contacted me. Over the following weeks, I had to reach out to the company multiple times for an update and was repeatedly told they were “trying to arrange surgery dates”. After chasing yet again, I was finally given a date of 25 November. That date has now passed and I still have not received any formal confirmation or further communication. At this point, the whole experience feels chaotic and unacceptable. I requested a refund of my £250 consultation fee, which was refused, leaving me questioning whether the business model relies on taking consultation fees without any genuine intention or capability to deliver surgery in a timely or professional manner. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Katie has been my paitent consultant and she has been absoulety amazing from my very first consultation which was over the phone right up until my surgery date. She has been so so helpful, answered every question I had, helped with my appoint times and dates to fit around my travel and work schedule. She made me feel so at ease as I knew all the information I needed for next stage in my journey with Harley medical. I am dreamt of this for 10 years and Katie helped me dream come true. I’ve had a 10/10 journey and experience with Harley Medical I wouldn’t have went anywhere else and i definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to do surgery anywhere but with Harley Medical. Marian my nurse is an absolute Angel she was with me from start to finish she gave me the best advice, care and support from my very first appointment. She really looked after me from start to finish I wouldn’t have went through with my surgery if it wasn’t for her, she reassured me and gave me the best care ever and was there to answer any of my questions anytime of the day. My surgeon George was the absolute best he’s one of the top surgeons in the clinic and he was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable at every appointment I’m over the moon with my results. After my surgery they were there for me anytime of the day literally just a phone call or WhatsApp message away, I’m blown away with the care I’ve received at the clinic and the Harley Health Village it’s unmatched and was worth every single penny!!

I can’t express enough how amazing my experience at Harley Medical has been. From start to finish the process has been thorough, caring and professional. I’m incredibly happy with the results of my breast augmentation 3 weeks post op and my aftercare nurse, Marian was so warm, kind and reassuring throughout. If you’re thinking about it, do it with Harley Medical Group - you absolutely won’t regret it.
