This is a great little find of a place. From the moment you enter, the staff are so kind and welcoming. The next thing you'll notice is how calm and relaxing the reception area is, which is just starting you up for the treatment. That ambiance following throughout. All areas are spotlessly clean. Heena is a wonderful therapist I've had three sessions of upper lip laser and noticing a difference already. Ive just booked for a facial which I have no doubt will also be as fantastic as this place and the therapists skill. So I may be back to do another review on the facial alone. I travel from London city Airport area to here and all I can say is it is worth it. Highly recommended

After my first laser session, I did see some slow but clear improvement which is exciting. I also saw a lovely therapist who made me feel very comfortable and taken care of. Today was my second session and with a new therapist, there was some issues with communication but overall I appreciate her efforts. What I didn’t appreciate was having my appointment moved right before my arrival. I arrived at 12:10, my exact appointment time and after checking in and sitting for around 20 minutes, I asked if there was any delays. I was informed the 12:30 appointment had arrived 5 minutes before me so was being seen first. I’ve never seen this kind of situation before even in my many years of booking spas and clinic treatments. It’s quite disappointing to know no matter what time my appointment is, people booked after me can simply delay my appointments. As if I had no where else to be as well. While I was offered a small apology, there was nothing to rectify the situation and I simply had to be delayed to accommodate someone after me. I hope this will not continue with my next appointments.

I had my spa facial with Clara and it was SO good. Her massage is firm and strong but not painful. I feel great after my treatment. I will come back for a hydrafacial which I have done here before and it was great. All the staff here are friendly and I love coming here. Thank you and see you soon
