I have been using sunbeds for around 15 years, and I can honestly say I have never received customer service as exceptional as I did at Helios. Karen at reception was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain the differences between the different sunbeds, including which ones are best for looking after your skin. The equipment is truly cutting-edge, with some sunbeds designed to help stimulate collagen production and provide a more advanced, skin-conscious tanning experience. Karen also explained the differences between the various lotions in detail, which was so helpful and made the whole experience feel very professional and personal. The salon itself is extremely clean, the equipment is impressive and modern, and the customer service is beyond amazing. I will definitely be a regular customer from now on and would highly recommend Helios to anyone looking for excellent service, advanced tanning equipment, and a truly five-star experience.

Had the Blemish Facial booked, paid £150 and the treatment only took 38 minutes instead of 1 hour. My friend who came with me said her facial took even shorter. Obviously the treatments were rushed as they seem to be overbooked, hence I did not notice even a tiny difference in my skin. Not to mention, they don’t even provide headband for that price and the lady kept tugging on my small front hair (rest of my hair tied to a bun) to move them out of my face. What a waste of time and money. I do not recommend this place.

Mel was away so I had someone else (I won’t name ) . I only had eyebrow tint ,wax & top lip . The young lady was on her own & left the door open during to weather so consequently customers would walk in . A customer came in & was seen straight away by my lady & they had a full on convo re: Botox & fillers etc coz Mel was off . My lady came back eventually & then seemed to rush everything . Another customer came in but thankfully the customer was able to wait . When I got home I was quite disappointed as my 2 eyebrows were a different shape as no plucking was done to shape it . I’ve never had a problem before but now dubious about going back . Samantha

I was really thankful you were able to fit me in at short notice. Daisy was absolutely lovely. Really chatty to me and my daughter who I had to bring with me. I drive across from another town now to still come here because it's always fab service and I feel well looked after. Thank you.
