I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I had a confirmed booking for 5:00pm and travelled over 2 hours to get there, only to be kept waiting until 6:30pm with no proper explanation or apology. To make matters worse, another client walked in and was taken ahead of us, and we were then told we would need to wait another hour. This felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of our time. After such a long journey, having my entire day wasted like this was frustrating enough, but the lack of care or concern from staff made it even worse. There was no effort to acknowledge the inconvenience or resolve the situation. I would not recommend based on this experience.

I had a very disappointing experience. I paid £120 for Botox expecting professional results, but absolutely nothing changed. I went back for a top-up not once, not twice, but three times, and still saw no improvement at all. It honestly felt like a complete waste of money. What’s even more frustrating is the time and effort spent going back repeatedly with no real solution or accountability. I expected honest advice and effective treatment, but instead I feel misled and let down. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
