I'm loving my treatment! Have had microneedling and laser (for pigmentation) with Dr Sep and still enjoying my course of hydrafacials with Lola. The improvement in my skin is obvious to me and my skin feels so much better. The results are also evident to others as I have had many people comment on the appearance of my skin since I started my treatment. Thanks again Dr Sep and Lola.

Very excited about the new services for aesthetics at Highfield, the upgraded decor of yellows and whites and lighting is stunning. New state of the art machines and services. Thankyou for my free facial analysis, results and treatment ideas. The staff treat you like family and they are attentive to my personal needs. There is an on-site parking and they encourage members to cycle and bring their bikes too in the summer. I love visiting Highfield it's in a beautiful grade 2 listed building and you feel like you are not in the UK when entering inside. Treatment day 1: hydrafacial and collagen treatment. Hydrafacial treatment had many parts to it cleanse, deep cleanse, vacuum, ultrasound mask and more. It was very relaxing in the room and t he beauty therapist Lola played spa music on my request and made sure I was warm enough. Treatment 2 collagen needling was a beautiful room fully adjustable bed and the aesthetic technician tested the pressure I could comfortably take from the lightest upwards. You would feel pin pricks and he would stamp the key areas in rows to ensure even distribution. He did my neck too and applied spf50 lightly on my face. There is some mild stinging but once you get outside it disappears. Overall excellent services today from Highfield highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had laser treatment at Highfield Clinic with Lola, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. From the moment I arrived, Lola made me feel so comfortable and at ease with her warm, friendly, and professional manner. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and made sure I felt confident before starting the treatment. The clinic itself was spotless, welcoming, and had such a calming atmosphere. Lola was incredibly knowledgeable and gentle throughout the whole process, which made the experience so much better than I expected. I’m already so pleased with the results and can’t wait to continue my treatments.
