Awful experience from start to finish. My natural hair is dark brown and I went in for a root tint, but I left with hair that looked bleached and a strong ginger colour I did not want. During the appointment, multiple colours were applied one after another in the same session. My scalp started burning badly and became so uncomfortable it had to be rinsed with very cold water while still stinging. Since then my hair has been left brittle, breaking and noticeably thinner, which has caused me a lot of distress. When I raised this, I was told the issue was my scalp rather than the service. I was offered a £35 refund, which feels like an insult given the damage caused. I would not return or recommend.

First time customer @ HOC. Lovely salon with a welcoming receptionist. My appointment was with Natalia with whom I booked a BIAB removal & BIAB colour manicure was excellent. Natalia is incredibly skilled, personable and patient. I have never had my cuticles treated with such care. Her nail colour skills are precise and very neat. A very enjoyable appointment and I have already pre-booked my next appointment. Well done Natalia, you made my nails look fantastic.

I have been coming to House of Coco for 18 months now. I have made it my one stop venue for hairdressing, beauty treatments and massage. The staff is highly skilled and professional, the appointments always run on schedule, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Best part? I always walk out looking my best.

House of Coco prides its successful beginnings towards its specialism in waxing and I can completely understand why! It was my first wax ever and I knew I was in great hands with Lorna. I was initially nervous as one would be but then I was at ease once settled in. Lorna explained the entire process throughout and her knowledge was insightful and educational, which helped me feel more comfortable. The experience felt like a spa day - lovely clean room, very chilled atmosphere and by the end - the Hollywood wax lasted about 30 minutes - I was left with a lovely finish and there was no pain or irritation over the following days. 10/10 stars and I would highly recommend and I can't wait for my next one!
