I unfortunately cannot comment on the quality of the pedicure itself, as I never received the treatment. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and was informed that the practitioner was running late. Delays can happen, and I was happy to wait. However, after waiting for around 10 minutes outside with no further update or indication of how long the delay would be, I decided to go inside and cancel the appointment, as I no longer felt comfortable proceeding under those circumstances. When I explained this, I was met with a rather rude response. I was told that I had already been informed about the delay, but no estimated waiting time had been provided. I then asked how to arrange a refund through Treatwell and was told that this was "not her business" because she does not deal with that. I found this response unhelpful and unprofessional. At that point, the previous client's treatment was clearly far from finished, making it seem likely that the delay would have been significantly longer than initially implied. What disappointed me most was the lack of communication and customer care. A quick phone call or message before the appointment to explain the situation and provide a realistic ETA would have been greatly appreciated. Instead, I was left waiting with no updates and made to feel uncomfortable when I decided not to proceed.

Went for my first visit this weekend I had a pedicure and an upper lip wax which was fantastic. The shop was clean, tidy and the lady who looked after me was great. I will definitely be going back. The hairdresser across the road is the best in Islington she listens and does what you ask with great advice. Than you all. See you again soon. 💞

I popped in on the off-chance they had availability for a gel pedicure when I was walking past. I had a bit of acrylic left on about 3 or 4 of my nails which they took off first before soaking and trimming my hooves 😊 It was recommended to put a white coat of varnish on under the colour I chose (a coral) which I was happy to agree with. During the treatment, the beautician was friendly and seemed to be doing a good job. She checked with me to see if she should add an extra layer of colour before applying it. Overall, I think the treatment was great. I’d hesitate to go back though as it was £45 which for me, is a little on the pricey side (I normally pay £35 elsewhere).
