I’m a long time customer and I always had the best treatment since my very first time. All the ladies are professional and Anny is the best very quick and super attentive she makes you feel comfortable with any type of treatment. I always get the waxing that could be sometimes painful, but I never got that feeling. The salon is clean and very welcoming. Totally recommended

Got the eyelash extensions, which look great! The lady spent 45 minutes, and my eyelashes came out very natural. The price was also quite reasonable for London.

Went in for lash lift + tint for the first time - Clinician didn’t wash hands or wear gloves at all throughout whole process. Service itself was okay, the lift result quite underwhelming for me personally and product residue still on. Not the warmest environment customer-service wise but staff nice enough.

Avoid for lashes. Terrible experience—no consultation was offered and the technician ignored my eye shape, causing the lashes to droop. The glue stung severely, leaving my eyes red and irritated. To make matters worse, the room was freezing and the technician was dismissive when I mentioned her cold hands. The lashes were thick, coarse, and clumped together with too much glue. It was painful to sleep as they kept poking my eyes, and after a week I wanted to rip them out due to the constant pulling. Not worth the "saving" at all.
