Dishonest, unprofessional and racist. I only booked for root touch and toner. At end of the wash the lady asked me if I wanted to dry my hair to which I said yes. After drying my hair she said I have to pay extra £20 to what I booked for just for drying my hair. She was rude, forced me to pay the extra amount and called me “don’t be a stingy Paki”. She should have agreed the charges before hand. When I said I didn’t know you were going charge me extra she said “I’m not here to remember what every client has booked for”.

I had a great experience with Serena at Italian touch hair salon! I showed her a reference photo and she nailed it. I absolutely love how my hair turned out. She’s super skilled and easy to talk to. Today was my first time at Serena’s but not the last, finally I found my hairdresser! I can’t wait to book my next appointment with her, she is just absolutely amazing, so knowledgeable, listens to what you want and delivers exactly that. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Italian Touch salon, where Serena performed a transformative keratin treatment on my 4C coily hair. Managing my hair has always been a challenge, and with an upcoming cruise, I sought a solution that would make hair care more manageable. After discovering Italian Touch on Treatwell, I booked an appointment. Serena promptly reached out for a consultation, providing detailed insights into the treatment process and reassuring me that it was the right choice for my hair type. On the day of the appointment, Serena began by washing, detangling, and blow-drying my hair. She then applied the keratin product, meticulously using a temperature-controlled straightener to seal it in. After allowing it to set, she applied a second product, followed by another period of setting, rinsing, blow-drying, and straightening. The entire process took approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes, during which Serena’s expertise and attention to detail were evident. The results were astounding. My hair felt sleek, smooth, and had a remarkable bounce. Serena encouraged me to run my fingers through it, and I was genuinely amazed at the transformation. She also provided valuable advice on post-treatment care and recommended suitable products to maintain the results. Additionally, she gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. Plus I kept getting asked by Serena and her staffs if I need a cup of coffee or water or tea or anything. I felt really welcomed and at ease.
