Stay away, I went to jacksons for the 2nd time and waited for the barber who cut my hair previously and let two people go in front of me to the open chairs. I waited patiently for the barber to finish and as he was cutting 25 mins of me waiti g a guy comes in and they greet eachoter by name now another 10 mins pass i have been waiti g for nearly 40 mins and as i get up i am tild that they guy who just came in is next he was here earlier i jad been there 40 mins and he was nowhere to be seen this is unprofessionalbehaviour i was actually going to get beard hair and facial but left as i was told that i was not next. Whole experience was terrible hot day and i sat down and everyone who came after me was offered a drink maybe because i was the only person of colour ? Will not be visting that place again and would tell be people of colour not to expect a great service sad as i wanted it to be my new spot STAY AWAY!

The team at JfH are always so lovely. They remember my name, always offer a drink and are very timely despite being so busy!! Their services are well priced and I always feel so well looked after. I go every 4-6 weeks to get a Hydrafacial, my lashes lifted & tinted and my eyebrows done and the difference it makes to my morning routine is massive. Even when I’ve left my appointment overdue, my lashes will last 7-8 weeks!! The facial makes me feel brand new every time and has helped so much with scarring and texture. Despite being small, I always feel very comfortable in their space and it’s always clean and calm. I’ve never really stayed loyal anywhere but it’s nice knowing I’ll always get top quality service when I come here. I can’t recommend enough!!
