Been a few times and have been disappointed. This was my last straw! The staff there are super unprofessional & need better training. I got my hair cut with Jon hala and expected 10\10 service as I paid almost 200 pounds but I still had sooo many split ends afterwards and the cut was awful. I went to another salon and they took this photo of my hair despite me getting the cut with Jon hala 2-3 weeks ago! The stylist was also shocked with the cut. This salon is overpriced and it’s genuinely such a shame as I tried to give it so many chances but unfortunately it’s not going to work.

I had K-tip extensions fitted yesterday by Amira and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish the experience was amazing! The transformation speaks for itself. The extensions blend perfectly with my natural hair, feel super comfortable, and look incredibly natural. The colour match is spot on and the finish is flawless. I walked in feeling unsure and walked out feeling so confident. Amira took her time, explained everything, and really cared about achieving the best possible result. . lying staff, entered the salon 13 minutes late exactly and was gaslighted to being 20 minutes late. I only rescheduled my appointment because of the deposit and it wasn’t clear to me that deposits don’t carry on. on top of that they take you’re card details just by paying apple pay through the website and I was charged from a card without my consent. costumers are treated terribly no wonder this place is always empty. old lady with neon lipstick is rude as well as the owner thinking he’s entitled to being rude to costumers. they tried very hard to convince me what they were doing is legal which already says enough about their ethics. not even a clean space either. not welcoming at all. clearly they are not profiting enough so they try to get any money they could get by beating around the bush in their policy. getting you’re hair done should be an enjoyable experience and costumer service is most important in this domain no matter the work or experience of the staff. this place should be investigated on its ethics. again money was taken from my account without my consent!! this already says enough. I was spoken to rudely for being late to my initial appointment and had to wait 15 minutes in my rescheduled appointment. is this a joke. trashy place honestly, cheap staff and owner

Went here a couple weeks ago. Had long hair below my shoulders. With an explicit instruction to just cut the ends, got basically half the length cut off. After reaching out by email, I was assured that some measures would be taken. But after the next email I sent, I never got a reply and it has been basically three weeks. Why did I have to be a victim of the hairdressers “creativity”? I don’t know.

I’ve been going to Shannon at Jon Hala’s for a while now, and she is amazing every single time. Shannon is so lovely and always nails the brief perfectly. My hair has genuinely been transformed, it’s so much healthier now and looks the best it ever has. I couldn’t recommend her enough!
