First time visiting, and I’m so happy I chose Nabila! She listened carefully, understood exactly what I wanted, and gave honest advice. She worked gently and carefully, no rushing at all. I went there a few days ago and had the best haircut ever! Hairdressers are so friendly, professional and kind. I’ve confused Edgware Road with the Marble Arch location (this hair salon is in NW9 6LU close to the Colindale train station) and even though I was over an hour late my lovely hairdresser did my hair! Very kind lady. Great price and nice hair products! I highly recommended.

I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hair salon. I went in for highlights and left with my hair completely ruined. The stylist bleached my hair excessively and then applied the wrong colour, which turned it a brassy ginger shade — absolutely not what I asked for. When they tried to “fix” the mistake, they applied even more bleach, which only made things worse. My hair became severely damaged, broke off in places, and worst of all, I lost my natural curls that I spent years caring for. My hair is now dry, brittle, and lifeless. I’ve been getting my hair bleached for years and have never had this kind of damage before, so I know this wasn’t a normal reaction — it was the result of poor technique and over-processing. To make matters worse, they refused to give me a full refund. Instead, they offered me a voucher — as if I would ever want to return — and some hair products that had already been opened. It felt like they were just trying to cover up their mistake rather than take responsibility. Not only was the service unprofessional, but the lack of accountability made the experience even more frustrating. I trusted this salon with my hair, and now I'm dealing with the emotional and physical toll of having it ruined. I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about the health of their hair. Please find before and after pictures attached. You can see in the before picture (last imagine) my curls were beautiful and defined, even though they had been bleached multiple times before. Now it is obvious they are ruined and will take years to go back to how they were before. Very disappointing, my confidence at an all time low.
