Unfortunately, this was one of the worst blow-dries I’ve ever had. When I arrived, all of the staff were sitting slumped on the sofa using their phones, which didn’t create the most welcoming or professional first impression. The experience then started off oddly, as my hair was washed wearing what appeared to be plastic kitchen gloves. The hair wash itself lasted around 15 minutes, which felt unnecessarily long. I specifically asked for a straight blowout with the ends softly curved inwards. Unfortunately, that wasn’t what I received. During the blow-dry, the stylist focused almost exclusively on the roots, using the brush near the scalp before letting the lengths and ends fall without actually blow-drying or styling them. The ends were barely touched, so the finished result looked unfinished. One final thing that really stood out: after a good salon blow-dry, your hair usually smells amazing. Mine didn’t smell freshly blow-dried at all, which really summed up the overall experience. Overall, very disappointing

Regular nail polish manicure. I really appreciated being asked if my nails should be cut and/or filed. Ive never been asked and I always lose the length I've managed to keep. The color has lasted for over a week, which is the longest ever. Thank you!

Myself and my daughter were treated like absolute royalty when we went to Kaels. As soon as we entered the salon, we felt the wonderfully friendly and accommodating atmosphere from the wonderful crew there. My daughter got the BEST haircut and style from the amazing Lacri who was such a fun and wonderful lady to speak to! I, myself had the Queen of Pedicures, the fabulous Asia (hope im spelling her name correctly) who was just OUTSTANDING from start to finish! Her attention to detail, care, gentleness and beautiful manner were 2nd to none! Kaels also had the best massage chair i was sitting on throughout the whole pampering experience! Heaven! I was so impressed by Asia! I got some eye brow tint and threading done also by Aisa and yet again I had an exceptional experience. I cannot recommend Kaels enough! We will 100% be returning here when we visit Earls Court again. Thank you to both Asia and Lacri and also the wonderful crew of Kaels! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had an amazing session this week. The massage helped me relax my muscles as I have been too stressed out with work. Pleasant environment and amazing customer service. Cindy was really helpful and amazing she did my nails just the way I wanted. Special thanks to the stuffs they are very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
