Very disappointing experience from start to finish. The staff member I dealt with in person during my patch test was rude, cold, and unprofessional, and the tone of the WhatsApp communication afterwards reflected exactly the same attitude. There was very little customer care, empathy, or accountability at any stage. After needing to cancel my appointment, I was repeatedly bounced back and forth between the clinic and Treatwell for weeks regarding a refund/rebooking request. Both parties gave contradictory information, and KBH repeatedly avoided taking ownership of resolving the issue. Responses were delayed, dismissive, and unnecessarily difficult. What was most frustrating was not even the cancellation policy itself, but the way I was treated afterwards. Even after the confusion between Treatwell and the clinic was clearly established, there was no attempt to handle the situation professionally or reasonably. Instead, the communication became defensive and unhelpful. It is a very unusual way to treat potential returning customers after an already poor service experience. I paid for a service that should have been rightfully refunded. I repeatedly stated if they would not refund I would be willing to a different appointment. Absolutely do not recommend.

It was lovely really recommend! Only thing I would suggest if a hair dry could be part of the whole experience rather than having to do it ourselves. However Kelly was lovely and it was a great experience to have a Japanese head spa.
