I had such a wonderful experience and can’t recommend this place highly enough. I originally booked the Japanese spa massage, but hadn’t realised it wasn’t suitable during pregnancy. When I reached out, keara was incredibly kind and accommodating, taking the time to suggest alternative treatments that would be safe and still relaxing. I decided to go for the Malaysian head massage, and I’m so glad I did—it was absolutely fantastic. The treatment was deeply relaxing, soothing, and exactly what I needed. I had an absolutely amazing Japanese head spa experience! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The therapist made sure I was completely comfortable with the pressure she used on my scalp, water temperature, and every step of the treatment.
