I can’t comment on quality of treatment but I’m so glad I haven’t had a treatment at Kleona because the service and attitude is dire! The treatments are likely the same…please, stay away! I made an appointment which the salon cancelled last minute. It was a nuisance but I understand these things can happen. So I rescheduled and again, the night before the appointment, it was cancelled. No call, no explanation, no contact - absolutely appalling service. But it gets worse… I was charged for both appointments since I had booked them online and when I contacted the salon, they took no responsibility whatsoever and I’m still fighting for my money back. There is one thing being disorganised, having poor scheduling abilities and unable to manage appointments (although any simple salon can do all of this well!) but to take money from clients for them cancelling and do absolutely nothing to rectify the situation reeks of greed and theft to me.

The worst customer service I ever experienced. I booked an appointment and paid £240 online immediately. The owner called me telling me she doesn’t have the product and I’ll have to move my appointment. Absolutely no reason for her not to have the product. I’ve been getting injections for 12+ years and never had this issue. She was rude and hang up on me. Proceeded to not pick up at all. Absolutely horrible service. Stay clear!!!

Booked in for a micro needling facial today and overall such an amazing service! Starting from the initial greet with a personalised card.
