I had such a lovely experience with my HydraFacial! Everyone was so sweet, welcoming, and friendly from start to finish. Paris did an amazing job - she was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. I absolutely loved the results! I also accidentally left my gold nose ring behind after removing it for the treatment. As soon as I realized, I called the clinic, and they had kept it safe for me. Their honesty and kindness really meant a lot and says so much about the team. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I had polynucleotide treatment at Knightsbridge Aesthetics Lounge and overall the experience was outstanding. The treatment itself was a bit painful, as expected, but the practitioner’s excellent technique made it far more bearable than I anticipated. She was very knowledgeable, calm, and incredibly reassuring throughout the entire process. The clinic is also very clean and well-maintained, which immediately puts you at ease. I really appreciated how understanding and gentle she was, constantly checking in and making sure I was comfortable. The location is also a big plus—very convenient, right next to the station. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering aesthetic treatments. I would definitely return.

I had a great experience at the clinic for my PRP facial. Sep was very attentive, thorough, and made the treatment as comfortable as possible, despite it naturally being a little painful. Had an appointment today for a Hydrofacial, which I booked with a Groupon voucher. Unfortunately, I'd had to reschedule twice due to being ill & they were really helpful in arranging new appointments. Then, frustratingly, I was a little late to my appointment due to train delay & they kindly fit me in still. The lady who did my treatment was lovely & explained the different steps. I found the facial relaxing & will definitely try to go back for another one in future.
