    Terrible experience — avoid this business. I booked through Groupon and emailed to arrange my appointment. They redeemed my voucher on the day of the booking, which already felt suspicious. When I arrived, I waited 15 minutes only to be told that no one was even there for my appointment and that I’d need to call and reschedule. A complete waste of time and absolutely unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

    I had the 45-minute RF microneedling session and waited a week before writing this review so I could see the results. I am so happy with the result! I already see a noticeable difference in my acne scars in places after just one session and I’ve tried so many treatments in the past, I wish I had done this first. I can’t wait to go back for the second session. Aigul was absolutely wonderful! You can tell she genuinely cares about achieving real results. She even treated a bit of my neck, even though it wasn’t included. Amazing customer service. She really knows how to make a client base! Highly recommend!
