This was my first LPG session after 10 years, and I was honestly a little nervous. Cathy was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She listened to me carefully and did her job 100%. I noticed results after just the first session, which made me very happy and hopeful. I have a package of 10 sessions, and I really hope for great results by the end. Fantastic massage with Hera. She expertly used a variety of techniques to relieve knots, increase mobility, and improve circulation - including lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, and stretching. She checked in regularly to assess pressure, and I felt comfortable speaking up if I wanted more or less pressure which I never did - she got it perfect the whole time. The entire experience felt relaxing and restorative. She is clearly an expert masseuse. I will come back and recommend to friends !

I went to La Rose clinic today and was greeted by the receptionist Kim who was warm and friendly and very welcoming. I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Hera and saw a difference on my stomach straightaway. I also had my pelvic floor tightened with the Emsella chair, Shane took me through the treatment and made sure I was very comfortable. I highly recommend this Clinic
