I had an IPL session and also had a wart removed from my nipple. Lizzie was professional, discreet, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The treatment was hygienic and everything was explained clearly step by step. Recovery has been smooth so far, and I’m really happy with the care and results. I can happily echo the other review complements to Lizzie and everyone in the clinic. This is was the first time I have had a treatment like this to remove skin tags and the whole process was very clearly explained and carried out very professionally over 3 visits. I’ve always been really nervous about having aesthetic treatments, but over the past 6 months Laserlife Clinic has completely changed that for me. I started with microneedling and have now progressed to fractional laser, and honestly the results have been unreal. I’m going to review the features and services within this clinic and then give my overall review. Starting with: Customer service: The members of staff in this clinic are prompt, friendly and very easy to talk to, both online and offline. The customer service here has been a quintessential part of the experience I’ve had at this clinic as the service provided has proven to be well worth the praises it’s received. It’s worth noting that, I personally found that I’ve never had to wait in any queues for my appointments as they are always addressed on time and with due diligence. Price: The prices on offer for the treatments available at this clinic are pretty good especially when you consider the sales and promotions that are often on. For example, the cost of my Fraxel laser treatments was halved due to a sale that was on when I decided to book my appointments. Other promotions are also on-going at different times throughout the year and well worth checking out for anyone looking to make extra savings. The prices and promotional offers are honestly one of the key points that made me attend and pay for the services at this clinic instead of the other clinics in London. Services / Products: There are a wide range of aesthetic products and services available at this clinic. I personally went there for the Fraxel laser treatment and have been going there for the last few months. I’ve also had my face lasered with the same treatment – with great results. The website for this clinic has a wide range of details available and online customer support help which I used before booking my appointment – I would highly recommend checking it out if you’re thinking of booking a consultation or using the services here. Atmosphere/Look: The lighting and atmosphere within this clinic is of a low-tone, relaxing and very comforting. The clinic itself isn’t very big, but I’ve never had any issues with this as I’ve never had to wait for any of my appointments during the 6 months+ that I’ve been coming here. Hygiene: The Clinic is tidy, well-kept and very clean as you would hope and expect. Summary: Overall, I’ve had a pleasant experience with all the treatments I’ve received at this clinic and as such, look forward to having more treatments done in the future with them. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to have any treatments done.
