I had such a lovely, relaxing experience from start to finish. The staff were so kind and welcoming, and I was offered a drink on arrival, which was a lovely touch. Although there were several members of staff working, the atmosphere remained calm and peaceful throughout. Everyone seemed to work so quietly and respectfully that the whole spa felt incredibly relaxing. There was no loud chatter or chaos—just a lovely, peaceful environment where it was easy to switch off and unwind. The massage was absolutely outstanding—one of the best I've had in a very long time. The pressure was just right, the heated massage bed was such a lovely extra touch, and I left feeling completely relaxed. My pedicure was also excellent, carried out with great care and attention, and my feet look and feel amazing. Thank you to the whole team for making it such a lovely experience. I'll definitely be back.

I've been visiting this place occasionally, and I really enjoy the relaxing vibe it offers. They even provide tea or water while you wait, which is a nice touch. The Swedish sessions, especially with Binita, are amazing, and the Thai yoga sessions are fantastic as well. From time to time, I also get a pedicure here. However, during my last visit, the nail color bubbled up and came off prematurely. I reached out to them via email to inform them of the issue, and they promptly offered to redo my nails without me even asking. This shows that they genuinely care about customer satisfaction.

This was my first time visiting Layana, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist, and every member of staff was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. The facilities are beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. Everything you could possibly need is provided, and the whole environment feels calm, relaxing, and luxurious. I had a Thai massage with Lalita, and it was absolutely amazing, without a doubt the best massage I have ever had. I have even had Thai massages in Thailand, and I can honestly say that this experience was top-notch. Lalita was exceptionally skilled, kind, and attentive. She took the time to ask about my needs and focused on the areas that required the most attention, making the treatment feel truly personalised. The atmosphere throughout the session was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely relaxed. I would 100% recommend Layana to anyone looking for a high-quality massage experience, and I will definitely be returning. A huge thank you to Lalita for such an outstanding treatment. I’m still at Layana Medispa in Finchley as I write this, because I couldn’t leave without sharing how incredible my experience has been. I just had the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot. My massage therapist, Rangu, was absolutely amazing. I usually struggle with deep tissue massages because the pressure often isn’t deep enough for what my body needs, but Rangu really understood exactly where I was holding tension. The pressure was spot on, firm, intentional, and effective. She worked through tight knots I’ve had for so long, and I could actually feel the tension melting away. The staff here are warm, welcoming, and professional, and the spa itself is clean, calming, and beautifully maintained. Most importantly, I feel genuinely relaxed, something I really needed after such a long year. This massage was the perfect way to end the year and release all that built-up stress. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Layana Medispa, especially if you’re looking for a deep tissue massage that truly delivers. Ask for Rangu. You won’t regret it!
