I couldn’t be happier with my laser treatment experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with such professionalism and care. The lady caring out treatment demonstrated excellent knowledge, taking the time to explain the process clearly and answer all my questions, which immediately put me at ease. The treatment itself was far more comfortable than I expected, and the attention to detail throughout really stood out. It’s clear they have a great deal of experience and genuinely care about achieving the best possible results for their clients. Most importantly, the results have been fantastic, exactly what I was hoping for, if not better. I’ve noticed a real improvement, and it’s made such a difference to my confidence. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !! I started coming here 10 years ago and have been a consistent client ever since. The staff's attention to detail when doing treatments is great!. They always make sure you are comfortable before, during, and after your treatments and everyone is so friendly, which helps, especially when trying somewhere new. Over the years, this is somewhere I have always recommended to people, and everyone that i know who has received a treatment has always left happy and are consistent clients themselves. I have never left unhappy with any treatments I have received, but the staff and management are always happy to correct things if clients are unhappy (they always ask before you leave the treatment chair/table). Great for first timers or if you want to try a new beauty shop.

I visited here for the first time as it was needs must as my original threader lady was not available. I didn't plan on coming back, but just making it a one off thing, but since having my brows threaded, upper lip and chin done, I'll be back for sure! I think it will become my new place to go. Nice beauty parlour too, nice layout and I'm really grateful that despite being so busy that day, Chanti (I think that's how you spell her name) made time to see me and get me done quickly so I didn't have to come back. It's also reasonably priced. It was the first time I had my upper lip waxed, (as advised by Chanti to minimise the pain instead of threading) and Chanti took time with me.
