Spent 1h 30 mins to do an infill the girl hurt me multiple times and didn’t even apologise, the result was ugly and they didn’t offer any discount. I heard multiple people around me complain while I was there. Do not recommend at all!

Had my Shellac nails done by Chow, a beautiful French manicure. Absolutely amazing, she’s so professional and funny too. A real bargain at £35. I highly recommend you visit ❤️

Terrible service!!!! My hairstylist was Azem! First of all, she didn't colour my hair properly, saying it's my responsibility. I chose the colour. Usually, I colour my hair at a hair salon, then she said she saw that she didn't colour it properly, but she thought it was blended! Whaaaaatyttt seriosly ...then she brought some girl to blow dry my hair at the beginning. I asked how much they said 35 then they said 45 ...when she started to blow dry my hair instead of doing half dry my hair! On wet hair, she took to straightening my hair. I was like Girl, you're gonna damage my hair She said No, no, mashala is better like this Whattttt????? Then I asked curly blow dry, she said no, no, straight, easier, whattt? Seriously, I'm paying 45 for u to be easy ??? They will never give you a chance to talk with the manager anyway, because they don't speak English properly. The end, after I showed her how badly she coloured my hair, she said Come back, I'll redo it for you! Not realising that if she does it again in 2 days she will kill my hair!!! I paid for everytheng 95£ for them to choose what they want to do not to accommodate my request or provide service. I never saw such non-professional street hairdressers from which street they were collected I don't know but definitely I will try to sooth them. I will never go again even for free to re do it ! Ladys stay far and be avear !!!!!!!!

I went to do shellac gel with extensions. They did my nails and looked very nice. I love it so much. However, when I went to have them removed. I rather wanted to spend more money and have shellac being remove professionally than removed it at home but the salon ruined my nails. I spent a great amount of money and my nails look sadly horrible. I don’t even know what I can do to treat my nails.
