I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit. I have been a regular customer at this salon and have always been charged £75 for a full set of hands and feet. During this visit, I only received a pedicure, yet I was charged £75. When I questioned this, I was told this was the correct price, which is inconsistent with what I have been charged on multiple previous visits. More concerning was the quality of the service. The treatment was rushed and careless—my toes were filed so aggressively that it was painful and uncomfortable. This is completely unacceptable for a professional service. When I tried to calmly explain the pricing issue based on my past visits, I was met with a dismissive and disrespectful attitude. Instead of resolving the matter professionally, the staff member attempted to involve another customer in the discussion, which was inappropriate and unprofessional. I still paid the full amount to avoid further confrontation, but I am very unhappy with both the service and how the situation was handled. I expect better treatment and honesty, especially as a loyal customer.

I went to this salon last week for a manicure and shellac. The day after my appointment, my nails were already ruined because the shellac had not been cured properly. I went back today, as during the week I couldn’t return due to work, and I asked if they could fix them. When I arrived, I explained that the nails hadn’t dried properly and asked if they could repair them. The only beautician working there started doing another client’s nails without an appointment and arrive in my same time. I politely asked if it was possible to quickly fix my three damaged nails first, as otherwise I would have had to wait about an hour. She replied in a very rude way, ignored me, and refused to fix my nails, telling me to go to another salon instead. Unacceptable service. You have lost a customer.

The best place I opted to do my nails... I was really happy when they could accommodate me straight without any kind of "appointments only" criteria. I feel welcomed and accepted. Can't explain the variety of shades they have and how skillful the staff is. The place was very clean, though they are busy always, made my mind go over and over again. Only cash is accepted when doing nails, which I felt pretty uncomfortable, still I love the place and their services offered. Dedicated and knowledgeable people doing their job in most appropriate way. A simple happy customer.
