I made an appointment for an elderly neighbour for a wash and blow dry under my name as she was not comfortable using a mobile phone and texting. I had even arranged for an Uber to pick her up at 12.45 pm. The appointment was made on Wednesday 11 February for 1 pm on Saturday 14 February. I received a text from Treatwell on Saturday 14 February morning confirming the appointment. At 11.37 am, I received a text from Sue (the hairdresser) - “Good morning , sorry we need to cancel your appointment, sorry for the inconvenience Lenoks centre” cancelling the appointment without any explanation. For Sue to cancel an appointment at such short notice, I am sure there was a perfectly good reason but it would have been far more courteous for her to ring and explain and try to reschedule. Needless to say, it caused disappointment and inconvenience for my elderly neighbour.

My manicure with Aliona today was absolutely fantastic! It was a thorough manicure, and very detailed from start to finish. The salon is clean and very inviting. I will be coming back as a regular and would absolutely recommend!
