I had an incredible experience for my initial eyebrow appointment and four week follow up. Yuliya gave me a full consultation, we discussed my eyebrow goals, after which Yuliya meticulously proceeded to map my brows, for symmetry. The procedure was painless, having had numbing cream applied and given time to take affect before the treatment. I felt relaxed during the treatment and almost dozed off several times! I am delighted with my new eyebrows! I have been given full aftercare instructions, and would not hesitate to recommend both Yuliya and the expertise of Liarna Jessica. I will definitely be returning! Thank you so much!

Couldn’t be happier with my microblading experience at Liarna Jessica. The team were thorough and knowledgeable from booking to treatment, and I felt very well looked after. Yuliya was amazing — not heavy handed at all, incredibly precise, and took great care understanding my desired result, measuring and shaping my brows to achieve a natural look. “Only your brows but better” is absolutely true! The Wapping clinic is clean, calm, and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone who can’t decide whether to take the plunge.

Unprofessional, disorganised, poor business practices, and lack of basic common sense. I wrote last year, knowing you return for a microblading touchup 4-6 weeks later. We go to our places in NYC & the states for the holidays, then the southern hemisphere for winter, so with their slow replies, it wasn’t possible to do both before leaving town. I had microblading in Sydney early this year-as its fading, wanted to have it done here anew (ie paying from scratch), having been unable to last year. It’s like pulling teeth to get replies from Shanti (via iMessage, she has read receipts on). She always had an excuse why it took so long (often didn’t understand/answer questions anyway), but nevertheless, through a series of months due to slow responses - which she at one point even said herself - I made an appt so I could do the touchup by early December (I sent pictures/a video of my brows in summer). She asked for my info which I provided, & said if anything is sent by post, I’d provide another address. I didn’t hear back, but contacted her days later to ask to switch to another date offered, at which point she said she switched it & only then emailed forms to sign. One of them regarding a patch test (drives me crazy-you don't do them anywhere else in the world, nonetheless for services you've had before, but being UK, knew they’d want one, hence stating anything mailed needs to be sent to another address), so I reminded her I’d said this (I suspect she never sent a test in the first place, as she hadn't even scheduled my appt & only did so when I requested to change it, since she sent all the forms then. As a former SF/Manhattan attorney - law is a 3 year $350k doctorate after a 4 year bachelors in the states unlike the UK - I wasn’t going to pay a deposit & sign paperwork that states I forfeit my deposit AND appt if I haven’t done the test prior to, having not received one, nonetheless with my appt being so soon). The weekend came & heard nothing back, so we called to say we’d go in to collect the test since my appt was days away & I'd not heard from Shanti. Sharon messaged my bf via WhatsApp to say we could NOT come collect it, so he provided her with the correct address for post. Monday arrives, my appt on Weds, leaving for Paris Thurs AM. Shanti texts she was sick so didn't reply (I forgot phones don't work when you're sick, kind of like when people here say they were traveling; I visit every continent every year but Antarctica & my phone works worldwide; it's 2025). Shanti said I could do a scratch test at the appt as it would prevent them from having to mail out the patch test (so then you haven’t?!), & reminded I needed to pay the deposit before my appt. That phrasing, attached below, leads me to believe she never sent out a patch test about which they wanted me to sign docs acknowledging that I lose my deposit/appt if not done. I said I received the request for deposit, but wasn’t going to sign something that confirms I’ll lose my deposit AND appointment if I haven't done the test when I haven't received one, happy to do a scratch test, BUT won’t sign paperwork saying I forfeit both if I haven’t done the test by mail in advance. I REITERATED can you confirm it was sent to the correct address so I can sign the forms & pay. She has read receipts so I knew it was read immediately but never responded to. The day before my appt, Liarna Jessica texts in the same thread - showing she didn't read anything and/or failed to understand basics - as she said my appt was cancelled bc I haven’t paid the deposit (which Shanti said needed to be paid "before my appointment" - it was still >36 hours away), that the test was sent out, follow the instructions on how to use it in my email. Huh???🤯 Does anyone there have common sense or ability to read?? I STILL have not received this patch test. Do they think I was sitting with the patch test next to me whilst asking to confirm it was sent to the correct address just so I can sign & pay the silly deposit?? Didn’t expect them to be astute, but it was ineptitude.

I’ve been seeing Liarna for a few years now, and my experience has been outstanding! I trust her completely with my brows, as she has managed to fully correct the mess I previously had. Liarna has not only helped me fall in love with my brows, but also helped me remove a big insecurity! I had a sun spot for years and she removed it in 1 session! I literally cried tears of joy! She is an expert and I recommend her to anyone who wants to enhance/transform their look! She has truly been a god send in my life. Thank you Liarna x
