Atrocious experience - I walked out. I had a sore patch on my arm and asked them not to massage it. I said this at the start, and again each time they started massaging it. When they reached for it a fourth time, I got up and left. They wanted to charge the full rate and I settled on half to get out quickly. To the staff here - you have to listen to people when they tell you to stop.

Booked a sports massage with Carolina, and she was very professional and thorough and I’ve never had back problems again since then. I had a facial treatment with Carolina and it was honestly such a lovely experience. My skin is absolutely glowing! She has the softest, most angelic hands and made me feel so relaxed and cared for the entire time. You can really tell she’s passionate about what she does. I had an absolutely 5-star experience at Lily Aesthetic & Medical Group. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and clean. Carolina was incredible. She made me feel comfortable right away, and honestly gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. She knew exactly where I was holding stress without me even having to say anything. On top of that, she was so friendly and warm, which made the whole experience even better. I also had the chance to meet Lily, and she was just as lovely. It’s clear she’s created something special, and she should be very proud of her business and the team she’s built. Highly recommend, will definitely be coming back!
