Loubna is honestly the best waxer I have ever met. She is friendly and kind, and the wax is the least painful compared to any I've had before and super speedy. She even checked to see that I had some moles reviewed by a doctor so really goes above and beyond! I've now been seeing her for years and she is consistently great!

I generally dislike leaving negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience for the owner’s awareness. My first visit to Little Miss Beauty was months ago for a pedicure I purchased through Groupon. When I arrived for my appointment, the owner said she had forgotten about it and couldn’t do my nails—without even offering an apology. She rescheduled, and the pedicure itself was very basic. I wanted to give the salon another chance and purchased another pedicure via Groupon, but when I tried to schedule it, the owner asked me to cancel, stating that she no longer wanted to accept Groupon vouchers. Overall, I found the experience very disappointing, particularly in terms of customer service.

A little disappointing - Shellac manicure is 30 min instead of 45/60 minutes at other salons which is why this felt rushed and my manicure was messy. Gel spilled over onto my skin and the polish wasn’t applied close enough to my cuticles. Also make sure to call instead of using their online booking system to make an appointment because they won’t honour Groupons. Unfortunately I had to pay full price.
