I generally dislike leaving negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience for the owner’s awareness. My first visit to Little Miss Beauty was months ago for a pedicure I purchased through Groupon. When I arrived for my appointment, the owner said she had forgotten about it and couldn’t do my nails—without even offering an apology. She rescheduled, and the pedicure itself was very basic. I wanted to give the salon another chance and purchased another pedicure via Groupon, but when I tried to schedule it, the owner asked me to cancel, stating that she no longer wanted to accept Groupon vouchers. Overall, I found the experience very disappointing, particularly in terms of customer service.

Lubna is absolutely incredible! Her massage skills are out of this world, every session feels like pure bliss. She has a magical touch that melts away all tension and stress.
