I’ve been going to Louise for over 5 years for various treatments including facials, massages, manicures, laser and waxing. Every time is a great experience, Louise can put you at ease and make you laugh even during a wax! Her home salon is beautiful, calming and stylish. You’ll always come away feeling better!

Louise immediately made me feel comfortable, I wanted to get LVLs but explained my anxiety and she did everything she could to put my mind at ease. I’ve had eyebrow and lip waxing, a back neck and head massage and a Hollywood wax with Louise and they’ve all been amazing quality. The Hollywood wax was probably the best one I’ve ever had, normally I find little patches of short hair everywhere where the hairs broken rather than come out from the root but not with Louise. Would definitely recommend xx

I’m so glad that I’ve found Louise! I’ve been going to her for a few weeks now for electrolysis and she is lovely. Her salon is beautiful, always clean and tidy, and she has ensured that all anti-COVID measures are in place during the current circumstances. Thoroughly recommend.

Floated out of this wonderful gem of a salon! Have been lucky enough to go to Louise James for many years; I first discovered Louise when I lived near London and now I am based up north, near Manchester, but when time allows and I am down south, I always treat myself to some “me” time by having a treatment or even two, at Louise’s. The new salon has great parking, as I am so time poor that was my first thought when I heard the salon had moved – my concerns were unfounded – no problem whatsoever and then it was time to relax, enjoy and have the most luxurious relaxing massage and as I had some gift vouchers from my daughter, treated myself to a facial too. The whole experience as usual was amazing and I floated out. Just wished I lived nearer so I could visit more often. Thank you Louise. Would highly recommend. Maria xx

Louise has just down sized to a beautiful cabin in her home location. She delivers the most amazing and relaxing treatments that just leave you feeling so refreshed. Parking so much easier now and so easy to get to. Definitely will be going back for more and will recommend this to anyone who is after a treatment with that extra special touch. Prices extremely competitive and louise is so friendly and easy to talk to, feel like I've known her for years. She makes every client feel special and comfortable. Looking forward to going back already ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
