SCAM, DO NOT BOOK!! I’ve booked an appointment through booksy. The business changed it twice without consulting me, but I was still willing to come since I have already paid a deposit. On the day of the appointment they have messaged me saying they will have to cancel as the person who was supposed to perform the treatment is off ill, and they offered to send me my deposit back. I have accepted, but almost two weeks have passed and there is no money and no contact from the business. I sent them a follow up message and tried to call multiple times, but it disconnects straight away so I’m assuming they have blocked my number, as before the final appointment cancellation it worked just fine. Honestly it’s shocking that this is how they treat their customers. Will be reporting it further.
