Just had my first full-face microneedling session, and honestly, I had a really good experience. The staff were professional, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The treatment included microneedling, hydrating products, oxygen therapy, a vitamin mask, and LED/light therapy afterwards, which really helped calm the skin. I was expecting a lot more redness, but the recovery so far has been very manageable. I’ve struggled with acne texture, oily skin and scarring for a long time, so finally starting this journey feels huge for me. Even after the first session, my skin already feels smoother, cleaner and more refreshed. I also appreciated that they gave proper aftercare advice instead of just rushing me out the door. Looking forward to seeing the results over the next few months and continuing the treatment plan. Definitely a positive first impression.

Racha did my mani-pedi and I’m so happy with the results. She was really thorough, listened carefully to what I wanted, and created such a calm, relaxing space throughout the appointment. Everyone at the salon was lovely and so helpful too. I’ll definitely be coming back for more treatments!

Recently got my eyebrows done along with face, full arms, and half legs waxing, and I am really happy with the service. The ambience was pleasant, the rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Racha for recommending eyebrow tinting, I am absolutely loving the results! I don’t know the name of the lady who did my waxing, but she did an amazing job as well. Really appreciate both of you for such a wonderful experience. Thanks to Lux Laser & Beauty Clinic.

Wouldn’t normally leave a review but was extremely disappointed by today’s visit, went in a group we had pedicures and manicures they were very below average pedicures, feet felt the same as before pedicure no removal of hard skin basically like using a foot spa at home. Also just used a basic Poundland foot pack and socks to cover the feet for 10mins. Had to ask for the toe nails to be cut and even then she did not cut all them evenly. Manicures were not great charged extra for “gel polish” but was awful ended up with more polish on my skin than on the nails, again had to ask to cut the nails. Also not like a traditional nail place, very unhygienic, equipment was not cleaned in between pedicures. He also undercharged us by £12 but called around 5/6 times repeatedly and messaged before we could call back and resolve the payment. Facial was okay but would not recommend for pedicures or manicures.

I travelled from another city to Sheffield for laser resurfacing for my body scars, and it was absolutely worth it. Doctor Usman is a very kind, easy-going professional who truly listens to his clients and makes you feel comfortable throughout. On top of that, he offers some of the best prices in the UK. I’m extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend him.
